Ps Ryan Peña
Ps. Ryan experienced a powerful conversion at age 11 that awakened deep hunger for God’s presence, Scripture, and
prayer. By 16, he was already serving as a youth leader at his father’s church, Church of Acts in San Antonio, TX, where
prophetic revelation began to increase in his life.
From 1993–1997, Ryan attended Bible college in San Antonio. In 1996, he encountered a significant outpouring of the Holy
Spirit at Church of Acts—marked by God’s manifest presence, miracles, and prophetic increase. During this season, Ryan
was also introduced to prophetic voices like Bobby Conner, Bob Jones, and Morning Star Ministries, which deeply
influenced his spiritual formation.
After the 1996 outpouring, God emphasized Ephesians 4:11–12, revealing to Ryan that the five-fold ministry exists not to
perform all ministry work but to equip the saints for it. This revelation launched him into training prophetic,
intercession, and healing teams. He served in leadership at Church of Acts until planting a new church in 2008, which he
pastored for 11 years. During that time, he received encounters and divine insights that reshaped his language and
understanding of Kingdom life.
Today, Ryan carries a vision for people to discover their identity and occupy their place in the Kingdom, advancing
God’s purposes through authentic five-fold grace. He currently serves as part of the senior leadership at Church of
Acts, as National Director for School of Kingdom, co-founder of House of Many Waters, and itinerant minister. Ryan and
his wife, Leslie, live in San Antonio, TX, with their five children.
